Studio Orange is a specialist video, animation and photography production company based out of Perth, Western Australia servicing clients around the country.
Having recently expanded into new national territories, Studio Orange wanted to continue the success of their expansion and build a steady pipeline of interstate customers.
In addition, they had recently commissioned a comprehensive marketing strategy from a marketing agency, but were struggling to take the recommendations and put them into action within the team. Their team, though experienced in marketing and content production, had little experience with specialist digital marketing tactics.
What we did
LinkedIn Outreach Training
To build a pipeline of interstate clients, we delivered LinkedIn Outreach training, equipping team members with the skills to leverage their personal networks and have meaningful interactions with prospective customers. This included identifying high-quality leads and lead conversion.
Content marketing training
Although Studio Orange had a wealth of high-quality content at their disposal, they weren’t making the best use of it strategically. This training helped team members to align content to a customer journey map, and consider how content can be extended and repurposed to drive maximum value.
Google Analytics training
To measure the success of their new tactics, as well as to identify areas of improvement elsewhere in their digital presence, team members were trained in Google Analytics. This included the ability to set and track goals and events, and how to build custom dashboards to suit their needs.
How it impacted the business
Despite experiencing team turnover mid-way through the delivery, the B2B marketing training had been delivered in such a way it didn’t break Studio Orange’s stride.
As an unexpected benefit, not only were Studio Orange able to bring specialist digital skills in-house, they were able to elevate and empower a newer team member, using the training for team handover and internal promotion.
